LaBonne's Markets was started in 1962 as a small butcher shop in Watertown, CT and has grown to 4 full sizes supermarkets in CT. We are still family owned and the owners care. For some people we are a stop along their journey of life and for others they will spend their entire career with us. Either way we want to help you grow as much as possible and make the world a better place one person at a time.

The second is for people looking to make a career. There are always opportunities for advancement between our 4 locations. We always look to promote from within before looking outside the company. Almost all of our current supervisors and managers started at the bottom and worked their way up.
