Our hotel offers 82 beautifully appointed guest rooms and 2 cottages all of which have a view of stunning Penobscot Bay. Working at Fireside Inn and Suites Belfast is a great experience. We are in the hospitality business so we are in the business of making people feel comfortable while they are away from home. It is extremely rewarding being able to provide a pleasant stay for our guests and to see them happy.
Majority of our guests in the summer are here to explore the beauty of midcoast Maine. It is a pleasure to be able to host them and help them enjoy their vacation. It feels fantastic being able to share our local knowledge and improve their vacation or to be able to provide that little bit of extra service to make them comfortable and help them enjoy their trip more.
Many of our staff have been here for multiple years. We have several staff members that have been here for 10-20 years. It is a cliche, but when you work with the same people for a long time it is hard for the workplace to not feel like a family. We have a tight knit but welcoming group here at the Fireside Inn and Suites Belfast and we look forward to adding some great people to our team!
