We have a great team environment, some of our employees are from Jamacia, Puerto Rico, Peru, Columbia, Albania, Thailand to name a few. Some of our employees have been here for over 20 years with one her over 35 years.

We host bi-monthly lunches or dinners, when our international employees are here, we all make a different lunch so we can try meals from other locations around the world. We have employee room rates starting at 19 dollars at almost all of the hotels. Great health insurance starting after 90 days.
What does career growth look like at Fireside Inn Portland? Work hard and advancement will find you! Our housekeeping manager started as a housekeeper, then laundry attendant, next was room inspections, to assistant housekeeping manager, and now Executive Housekeeper, she oversees 25-30 people during the summer. Our Front Desk Manager, started off as a desk clerk, moved to night auditor, she quickly became Front Desk Supervisor, and recently promoted to FDM.
